Job Requirements: - Bachelor?s degree and at least 2 years of experience working in a customer service capacity, preferably within an association or professional society.
- Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong customer service orientation combined with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office software (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is expected.
- Knowledge of association management system (especially iMIS), a big plus.
- Attention to detail and deadline oriented.
- Able to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- This is a DC-based position.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience in excellent customer service, preferably in a membership association, and is able to communicate effectively in all settings. Familiarity with association database software, a plus. Minimal HTML editing ability, also a plus. Salary: $40-$50,000 per year, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
