The Penn Hills Parks and Recreation Department and its advisory board will hold a public discussion Feb. 11 about the possibility of building a new tennis court in the municipality. It will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the council chambers of the Penn Hills Municipal Building, located at 12245 Frankstown Road.
